I went to high school with Dick. I am saddened to learn of his passing. He was a good friend to me in our younger years; I lost touch with him when he moved out east. One of my favorite memories of Dick; my family spent quite a bit of time in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Shortly after I got out of the service in 1983, my parents were invited to watch a shuttle launch in the VIP seating section of the NASA launch complex. We drove down to Florida for a week to watch the launch and just hang on the beach. While driving northbound on A1A in Cocoa Beach, I looked over and there was Dick driving southbound! We chased him down and he spent a couple days with us; I then drove back to PA with him. Truly is a small world. Dick, us FB’s (Franklin Boys) will miss you. Rest in peace, my friend.

So very sorry for your loss. Especially someone so young. So sad that we were unaware of Dick’s recent health situation. He is in our prayers.
Our family grew up in Pennsylvania but originally were from New York City.
Our great grandmother, Elizabeth Jordan Wagner, had one daughter (our grandmother, Mary) and eight sons… the second oldest was Louis, Sr.
    Belatedly, Your Wagner cousins
