Paul V. Peters, Sr., a resident of the Gino J. Merli Northeast Veterans Center, died Sunday. His wife is the former Patricia Ann Thompson who died in February of 2013.
He was born in Wilmington, DE and was the son of the late Vincent and Eva Nelson Peters. Paul was a gradaute of the Univeristy of Delaware where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degre in agriculture. Prior to his retirement he had been employed as a finish carpenter. He was of the protestant faith and was a United States Army veteran.
His survivors include his children Paul V Peters, Jr and Karen Rider; a sister Elizabeth Thompson; grandchildren.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
