Marylou Muffley Gallagher

            Marylou Muffley Gallagher, Scranton, died Saturday morning in the Community Medical Center’s Intensive Care Unit.
            She was born in Scranton daughter of Edward Muffley and Joan Raub Muffley both of Scranton. She was a graduate of the former Scranton Technical High School. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church.
            Also surviving are her children Michael and Kaitlyn Gallagher both of Scranton and Philip Policare of New Hampshire; a sister Ann Vacchiano of Taylor; a brother John Muffley of Dunmore.
             The family would like to give heartfelt thanks to everyone in the Community Medical Center’s ICU for their compassionate and wonderful care.
             Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10am in the Immaculate Conception Church 801 Taylor Ave. Scranton.
            Interment, Forest Hill Cemetery.
            Arrangements by the Vanston and James Funeral Home 1401 Ash St. Scranton.

    Dear Joan and Family….I am so sorry to hear about Mary Lou. I will always keep the nice memories of the good times we all shared at the campground. Have not seen any of you in years but please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers today and always. I will not be able to make it to the funeral on Friday but do know you will be in my thoughts. Love always…Val

    I can’t express the sorrow I feel through an online condolence.
    I’ll always remember my sister inlaw as “Gertrude”.When she was young that realy would get here going.We all should remeber the good times we had together.May God rest here soul for ever lasting peace.
