Lynne D. Craddock of Millville, PA and formerly of Scranton died Saturday at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville following an illness.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA she was the daughter of the late Albert Chapacharis and the former Harriet L.Shaw O’Connor of Pittsburgh, PA.

Lynne  was the middle of three children. She is survived by  her mother Harriet O’Connor  of Millville, Pa brother Albert Chapacharis and his wife Lori of Greenfield Twp, PA and her sister Julie Chapacharis of Seattle, WA. Lynne has one son, Daniel Craddock of  Scranton,  PA

Lynne never met a stranger.  She liked to get to know you over a coffee and a smoke.  Lynne loved animals, she loved to sunbathe when able. She traveled a lot and also lived in California and Florida. 

Lynne was a graduate of Scranton Technical High School class of 1976 and also was graduate of Keystone Beauty School.Lynne worked as a cosmetologist and hairdresser in Scranton and Florida. Lynne was invited to compete in the Miss Pennsylvania USA pageant 1981.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Millville Health Center for their care and compassion.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 11:00am in the Vanston and James Funeral Home 1401 Ash St. Scranton.

Friends may call Thursday morning from 10:00-11:00am.
