Myself and the many chefs and cooks that worked with Pete have some great memories of time spent with Pete in the various kitchens around Scranton. He was true craftsman in the kitchen, always organized and neat. I was one of the lucky individuals that Pete took under his wing, Pete was old school and not likely to share the secrets to making his amazing soups or sauces, but if you had his respect, he would share those little things that nobody else knew about. Dear friend, colleague, fishing buddy, teacher, and humble man, you will be missed! The kitchen in heaven just got whole lot better.
