Carolyn Baux

Carolyn Baux, a resident of the Allied Services Scranton Dormitory, died early Friday morning in the dormitory after an illness.

Born 1937 in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Leona Urban Baux.  She was a member of St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Parish, Scranton.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Scranton Dormitory as well as Allied Services Hospice for the comapssionate and dedicated care shown to Carolyn during her time at Allied.

Survivng are a brother Ronald Baux of Scranton;  nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by brothers Robert and Joseph;  sisters Eleanor Baksis and Dorothy Cunningham.

Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in the Cathedral Cemetery.

Memorial contributions should be made to Allied Services Hospice 100 Abington Executive Park Clarks Summit, PA 18411.

    Mr. Baux, my mother, Louise Hazzouri, to whom you were very kind shared stories with me about how caring you always were to your sister. My prayers are with her and you.
