Aleida and I both knew Fred from our years at Tobyhanna. Needless to say, we were shocked to learn of his passing. He was absolutely one of the nicest people we were honored to call a friend at the depot, always positive, always friendly. We offer our deepest condolences and prayers to Fred’s family as they move thru this difficult time. Fair winds and following seas Fred, we’ll see you again.
