Rebecca Lee Evans, 44, Florida, formerly of Scranton, died due to sudden and unexpected complications of a chronic illness September 10, 2022 at her home in Ft Lauderdale, Florida.
Born May 22,1978 in Scranton, she was the daughter of Deborah Rohulich McLean and her husband Thomas of Boynton Beach, Florida. She was a 1996 graduate of Dunmore High school and worked locally as bartender and server.
Also surviving are her son Matthew Thomas Hodgins and his girlfriend Kayla Mecca of Archbald and daughter Myah Mellisa Entrot of Scranton; sisters Melissa Evans Berman and husband Brent of Lighthouse Point, Florida and Desiree Evans of Pennsylvania; brothers Jacob McLean and wife Krystal and Joseph McLean all of Florida; an aunt Linda Rohulich of Nicholson; nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her father Mark Evans; Maternal grandparents John and Bessie Rohulich and paternal grandparents Tom and Lillian Evans.
A celebration of Rebecca’s Life will be held Saturday September 24th at 1pm at the Waverly Sportsmans Club 308 Newcomb Rd. Factoryville, PA 18419.
