I grew up in Charles Devereuax’s neighborhood and as a result I know Charlie since he was 12 years old. Charlie was not only the biggest and strongest kid in our neighborhood- he could also beat-up every kid in the neighborhood. But Charlie never beat- up anyone and that’s because of his heart. Charlie had a kind, compassionate and loving heart and – – that’s the he lived his life.
Rest in peace Charlie knowing you will be missed.
