Sandrea Ann Maxson, Covington Twp., died early Wednesday morning in the VNA Hospice Inpatient Unit at the Community Medical Center after a long battle with cancer.
Born October 25, 1951 in Scranton she was the daughter of Warren W. Maxson Scranton and the late Phyllis Ann Jones Maxson. She was educated in Scranton schools and was a graduate of West Scranton High School. She continued her studies by taking paralegal courses. She was of the protestant faith.
She enjoyed cooking, baking and spending time with her grandchildren and family. She loved to vacation at the beach.
Also surviving are a daughter Tiffany Seidita and her husband Mark and their children Morgan and Matthew; sisters Shirley Kraemer of Scranton and Shelly Wigley of Moosic; brothers Steven Maxson of Scranton and Master Sergeant US Air Force Warren Scott Maxson stationed in South Korea; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 7pm in the Vanston and James Funeral Home 1401 Ash St. Scranton with services by Rev. Arthur Davis.
Friends may call Friday from 5 to 7pm with services immediately following.
Interment, private at the convenience of the family.
