Thomas Kohut, Scranton passed awayWednesday night at home after his battle with an illness.
Born 1958 in Scranton; he was the son ofThomas Kohut. and Anna Danchak Kohut. He was a graduate of Scranton Technical High school.Prior to his recent retirement, he had beenemployed by Gerrity’s supermarkets for 22 years.
He was a former member of the 13’s truckers, A huge Packers fan, and an avid memorabilia collector.He will be deeply missed by his friends andfamily alike.
Also surviving are his sister, Debra AnnDubiac, his brother Raymond Knight, nieces:Dawn Kozik and Christine Dubiac,andnephew Raymond Dubiac.
Services and interment are private at theconvenience of the family
